I do normally have a VERY heavy period from day 2-5 though, which is too much for the cups I have (diva and salt soft, saalt soft is way better) so I use tampons during the day on those days. They're easier to switch as needed at work. So I'd suggest considering a combination of tampons and a cup personally. Overall, good product.
